From 1 July 2024, the Albanese Labor Government is giving every Australian taxpayer a tax cut.  

As an example, if you are earning:

• $60,000 a year, your tax cut will be $1179
• $100,000 a year, your tax cut will be $2179
• $140,000 a year, your tax cut will be $3729

If you're earning under $130,000 these tax cuts will be bigger than those that had previously been planned.

These tax cuts are designed to reduce cost of living pressures for all Australians.
